Welcome to Sightseeing Manchester. By booking or participating in any of our tours, activities, or services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a booking.

1. General Information

1.1 Sightseeing Manchester (“we,” “our,” or “us”) providesguided tours, sightseeing services, and related activities in and aroundManchester.

1.2 These Terms apply to all bookings made directly with us through authorized partners and agents.

2. Bookings and Payment

2.1 All Bookings are subject toavailability.

2.2 Full payment must be made atthe time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

2.3 Prices are displayed in GBP(£) and include VAT

2.4 We reserve the right to changeprices at any time before a booking is confirmed.

2.5 Ticket Validity: All ticketsare valid for 48 operating hours from the time of the booking departure unless otherwise negotiated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Customer cancellations:

•             Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time: full refund.

•             Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: non-refundable.

3.2 Provider cancellations:

•             If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns, insufficient bookings), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

3.3 Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

4. Resale of Third-Party Tickets

4.1 Sightseeing Manchester may act as a reseller of tickets and services provided by third-party suppliers.

4.2 When purchasing such tickets through us, the contract is between you and the third-party supplier.

4.3 We accept no responsibility or liability for the performance, quality, or delivery of services provided by third-party suppliers. Any issues, complaints, or claims must be directed to the relevant supplier.

5. Changes to Bookings

5.1 Requests to change dates or times are subject to availability.

5.2 We reserve the right to modify the route, duration, orcontent of tours if necessary for safety, operational, or logistical reasons.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refund will be provided.

6.2 Customers are responsible for their own belongings. We accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

6.3 All participants must follow instructions given by ourguides and staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour withoutrefund.

7. Accessibility, Pets, and Mobility Equipment

7.1 Assistance dogs are welcome on board all our services.

7.2 Other pets are permitted only at the driver’s discretion. If a driver decides an animal cannot travel, no refund will be issued.

7.3 Space is available on board for one mobility scooter. However, we cannot guarantee availability of this space, as it may be occupied by another mobility scooter or by a pram that cannot be folded. We accept no liability in such cases.

8. Safety and Conduct

8.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

8.2 Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

8.3 Customers must inform us in advance of any medical conditions or mobility issues that may affect participation.

9. Liability

9.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, but participation is at your own risk.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising during your participation in our Services, except where caused by our proven negligence.

9.3 Sightseeing Manchester does not accept liability for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic delays, weather conditions, public events, strikes).

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content provided by Sightseeing Manchester, including text, images, branding, and tour commentary, is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Photography and Media

11.1 We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to your image being used, unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the tour.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
